Marc A. Winters offers various Alternative Dispute Resolution Services in the capacity of an Arbitrator, Mediator, Fact-Finder, Conciliator, Magistrate & Educator
Marc is a member of the National Academy of Arbitrators and the National Association of Certified Mediatiors.
Marc, having been a full-time neutral for over 19 years, has over 38 years experience in contract administration and negotiations; grievance procedures; arbitration and mediation.
In addition Marc has been an Adjunct Instructor, Geneva College, Degree Completion Program; Adjunct Lecturer & Online Adjunct Professor for Penn State University's School of Labor & Employment Relations and has participated in the Pennsylvania State Civil Service Commission Labor Mediation Examiner Program as an Examiner.
